Very personable if in a good mood. Otherwise can be unkind and a few times plan rude and once insulting. I can not in good conscious recommend him to a new patient. I'm not going to get into detail except to say I found out up until approximately 4 months ago absolutely no documentation. I've questioned it and other documentation Now my texts are gone which are on my account pleasant text remain.and the documentation also is gone. Request answers,no response. Nothing was inproper in my questions and statements. Stated at one point in PDF it isn't. I'm afraid ethics are in question in what is going on. False statements have been made.including in my most recent visit.
