I was going to Dr. Carmichael for a few years. All was good when I was there...in theory. Most of the work that he had performed had deteriorated. It was low quality work. When you are in his system you are 'good', but once you leave you find out that the work is sloppy. Not even 2 years after leaving his place, I 1 root canal and another one incoming because he uses low quality material for the fillings and doesn't perform the job well. You'll find that out only after you leave. The customer service is awesome, it's just the quality of work is terrible.
