I was referred to Dr Hart for a lump in my face. He felt it, ordered a CT scan, and told me it was nothing to worry about. FOUR years later I became concerned that my mass remained and didn't have a diagnosis/label. I went back to see him but I ended up having the mass removed by a different ENT and it turned out to be CANCER! I was angry Dr.Hart said it was 'nothing' when it was cancer that could have spread! I wish my experience with Dr Hart and this office had went differently.
