ER was very busy but Dr. Fraunfelter listened well. and took the time to answer my questions. Treated me with dignity and respect knowing I was in a transitional situation but not a street person with medical issues due to drug/alcohol dependency because that is far from my situation. It is never fun waiting for results and Xrays in an ER but they were organized and showed compassion which is very important to me..The doctor leads the team so Thank You !
