Dr Ruiz treated me disrespectfully when referring to my weight , and even went so far as compare me to a cow. This was my first visit with him to schedule an endoscopy, obviously I personally went to the office to cancel that appointment and I complained about what happened to my with the staff and a girl took note of what happened, apologized and told me that the next day they would call to ask me in detail what had happened, but I’ve been waiting for a week that call. What a lack of professionalism from both, Dr Ruiz and the people in charge of enforcing the minimum standards of medical ethics and respect.
