What initially stood out in my visit was the wait time, I was very upset - and said I was never going back. However, after meeting Dr. C, I won't go anywhere else - I found that she was curious not only my physical health, she inquired and listened with genuine concern about my mental and emotional health. She even helped me identify with how my biological changes were impacting me. She doesn't try to tell me what was wrong, and rush me on, she listens, validates my feelings and walks me through suggested diagnoses & treatments.
