My partner had Been seeing him for years and doc seemed caring and thorough till had unexpected emergency open heart surgery at 51yrs old. Had a physical 1 month earlier passed good numbers was told “wish all my patients had your numbers” . Met with him video visit like after surgery paperwork said to do and he seemed like he didn’t want to talk to me was uncaring didn’t say glad your alive just we need to hurry this up he had other patients to see and did want to up my low dose of gabapentin for nerve pain. Don’t know if hospital system is putting stress on him or he thought I would blame him for not catching blocked arteries even though dad hap open heart surgery in 50s. Maybe he should have recommended calcium ct scan or stress test don’t know based on family history, but won’t be going back to him after seeing him for years. HE WASNT THERE FOR ME WHEN I NEEDED HIM THE MOST.
