One time was enough! Less than 15 min; didn't listen to problem; inaccurate assumptions in his Notes. Ended by hacking off 2 nails; bleeding stopped next day. Insur.claim for "6 or more nails trimmed." NOT. Beware. You need to tell him Why you're there & what you Need.
