I live 4 hrs from Toms River but had heard such good things about Dr. Pess, I determined it was worth the drive for NA on my right hand. He gets down the business but answers your questions while working on the procedure. 24 hours later my cord is snapped and there is little discomfort. I highly recommend him and will likely return as Dupuytren’s advances on my left hand.
