The worst appointment with a surgeon that I have had!! I had a consult with Dr. Oumarous. He had requested an x-ray of my neck, a CT scan of my neck, a Dexa scan in addition to the MRI that I had already done. When he came in the room, the first question he asked was, “Why are you here?” I explained for a consult…he then ask, “A consult for what?” I asked him if he reviewed my x-rays and he said no. He acted like he didn’t want to be there and didn’t acknowledge questions I asked. It was only toward the end of an 1.5 hr appt that he finally looked at the MRI. Never mind the Dexa scan that was an out of pocket expense when I had one done a year ago. I was so disappointed in that appointment and I recommend no one go to see him, unless you can prepare yourself a head of time for a time-consuming waste of time appointment.
