We going there for many years for normal scheduled visit etc. Initially it was ok but recently from last 4-5 years it just keep getting worst. Doctor won't see even after making appointment due to some billing department concern that insurance won't pay for visit. Billing department never called us upfront to raise any concern but they informed front desk about that. When we showed up to clinic at appointment date time front desk started telling us and now they want us to pay upfront. I said if insurance deny then you can send us bill like normal way of billing but no they want upfront payment. That is when we are going to them for more than 10 years. Just simply pathetic.
