Dr Kalokhe is the worst. My elderly mother waited 7 or 8 months for an appointment with Dr. Kalokhe’s office. This visit was critical for monitoring health concerns. My family has been concerned about her health for so long now. On the morning of the appointment, we received a call to cancel it one hour beforehand due to an "insurance issue" they should have caught months ago. After months of anticipation and stress, it was appalling to be subject to the doctor's lack of preparation and professionalism. We were left feeling that the office was unorganized and unequipped to handle care for an elderly patient. For the elderly, these delays are more than just an inconvenience, they are a health risk that could have lasting consequences. If you are supporting an aging parent or loved one, I recommend avoiding this doctor and this office to avoid the pain, anger and frustration of neglect.
