My experience with Dr Samuel? Good question since the patient never sees him nor talks to him. I went in for a routine colonoscopy, and I was put under without speaking to him. My husband says Dr Samuel spoke to him and said that everything went well and he removed 2 polyps. So this was about two months ago and I haven’t been able to have. Bowel movement on my own since then. I haven’t sent many messages to the office via MyChart and am only able to chat with a nurse practitioner. She told me to take a stool softener, so I did. My stool then became liquid but still very difficult to go. After a couple of weeks, things were still not any better. I sent another message to the office and they told me to start taking fiber supplements. So here we are two months later and I’m still not able to have any form of a regular bowel movement. I’m very disappointed in the way. This office is ran and the fact that they don’t seem to care at all about my health.
