Do not waste your time (or his) if you do not need $$$$ major surgery. I have been living with chronic back pain for over 5 years. At my followup appointment he spent a whopping 10 minutes with me and told me that he was not willing to help me and dismissed me. No suggestions or alternative treatments. I was completely shocked.
