When explaining my symptoms to Dr Hoe, he doesn't hear or ignores what I'm telling him and instead treats me as if I'm a Junky and won't prescribe the proper meds to alleviate the pain from torn rotator cuff. Didn't order x-rays or MRI. He prescribed muscle relaxers instead of pain meds. Talks down to patients. Bad ego problem.
