I was sent to Dr. Cole by the Department of Labor for a second opinion three times. Twice for my shoulders & once for my lower back. At the appointment I had to tell Dr. Cole why I was there. After shuffling some papers he finally accepted the information that I told him & preceeded with the examination. Dr. Cole CONTRADICTS & minimalizes other ORTHOPEDIC SPECIALIST reports & diagnosis. He halfway examined me then reported to the Department of Labor what they wanted to hear along with made up test results that he never conducted. I would NEVER willing go to this doctor especially if you're looking for someone to be thorough & honest. I gave him 2 stars because his office staff is nice.
