Patient Reviews
Feb 10, 2021
Called back in December to set an appointment. The next available date given was two month out, in February. Got to the the appointment 15 minutes prior. After waiting over 40 minutes without being called, I finally went up to ask. The receptionist said I would be the next to be called, about another 10 minutes. That would be an HOUR waiting to be seen. Update: waited 20 minutes until being called in. The assistant that called me took about 20 minutes to dilate my eyes and check to see if I had glaucoma and put info into the computer. She even did my eye exam and prescribed me my glasses prescription!! I have never experienced an assistant doing a doctors work. She then put me into another waiting room with 3 patients ahead of me. It is now 10:24, my appointment scheduled was 8:55. Finally called at 10:56, and then checked out at 11.04. It took 8 minutes to see Dr. Reyna out of the two hours I have been waiting. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
