PATIENTS BEWARE!!! ZERO STARS!!!I had an appointment the other day with Dr Vargas and what a waste of time. He was rude, confrontational, and lack knowledge when I tried to explain my health status. Most people would say he is a low level doctor. How he became a doctor is a mystery, he must have came from a third world country. There is a reason why he is rated 1.7 on the Google rating system.
