Dr. Lowther , I cannot say enough about what a Wonderfully Knowledgeable, Compassionate, Extremely kind, the Best Dr. we have ever met !! He saved my Oldest Daughters life when there was little hope . God literally works Miracles through him!!! I always tell People every time I speak of him He is the absolute Best You can get !!!! You will never find a Better Doctor !!! I cannot possibly tell all the times he went beyond anything I could imagine When our Daughter was so desperately ill. He saved her Life !!!
