My mom visited the Ft. Lauderdale office , scheduled for 11AM, upon arrival my mother was informed they needed a referral with codes. PCP's office assures there are no codes required with Simply insurance. After loads of back and forth PCP resent the referral they requested, this was almost 2hours later staff informed me the doctor wasn't in the office , she would need to reschedule. The Practitioner who was there was informed I wanted to speak with her, she asked various questions, and said she'd be out , I waited another 10min, and she never bothered to come speak with me. Furthermore, they have my number and a call was never received after this experience. In my experience, doctors contact insurance/PCP/ Patients the day prior to the appointment with any issues/ discrepancies. She was referred to this doctor and I am extremely concerned at what the possible diagnosis could be . Not a good day !
