Awful experience. Dr. Hsu and his "nurse" seemed to be annoyed and have no time or compassion for the issue I'm experiencing. Test were set up after months of being in absolute awful pain. Several different reasons were given as to why it took so long, but I felt like they didn't believe me and forgot. Nurse was very rude over the phone as well when I would call to get a status update. Physical therapy was promised but never set up. All this after nearly 6 MONTHS for the doctor to tell me that he didn't know how to help me all of a sudden. He couldn't even be bothered to guide me in the right direction. He absolutely did not care. Receptionist was very friendly and was the only one in the office that seemed to care. Thank you. You deserve to be in a better office. Thanks Dr. Hsu for wasting my time and letting me suffer for this long. Now I am back to square one and in more pain now than ever. This could have possibly been resolved if you and your staff cared about your patie
