Dr. Halaseh has been extremely cold and unprofessional, repeatedly addressing me as 'Well dear' despite my request to be called by my name. My experience with him has been one of unacceptable negligence. I am on a life-sustaining medication. Dr. Halaseh consistently fails to provide necessary refills unless I repeatedly contact him and he has his hand forced. In the past, his negligence left me without medication, resulting in a emergency room visit due to no refills of my life-sustaining medication. On top of the communication failures, he has previously requested that I perform impossible tasks such as returning medication to a pharmacy after an allergic reaction while I was in the middle of a medical crisis. During our most recent telemed appointment, he was dismissive, upset, and very irritable. The care from Dr. Halaseh has been cold and non-existent.
