Dr. was over 40 min late. She noted I should've had the X-ray at her location to make sure it was weight bearing which it hadn't been and was clearly an oversight in communication by the Clinic. I let her know my frustration at not receiving the recommended imaging. She seemed rushed through the appointment and did not seem to take my concerns as seriously as I’d hoped. When I had my orthopedic insert prescription filled, I was told they believed what Dr. Hild had labeled a bunion clearly appeared to be a bone spur which I agree with as it definitely feels like bone. The specialty shoe store concurred about the bone spur. Now working with omsbudsman to get this resolved as a good amount of my time and money has already been lost and with care I felt was inadequate to show for it. Would not go to her again.
