I went there mostly for teeth cleaning and at the last visit the technician told me that I need a crown but she didn't show me on the screen which tooth needs that or explained neither the doctor who enlarged my mouth and left without a word. I cancelled soon after that my appointment for a crown, I don't think I need it, soon after that front desk called me to make an appointment for a filing? nothing I was told about it at the last visit. After 20 minutes wait without his mask the doctor started angrily lecturing me that the technician and him explained to me about the crown but no matter what I tried to tell him no I wasn't explained, he kept lecturing me for a long time ,told me to leave, came by the front desk, told me that some people have language barrier and I've been in this country for 40 years. I went back for filing and he injected twice deep painful anesthesia? No need for that a few minutes filing if was any need of filing , numbness 3 hrs. I'm 77 yrs old woman.
