Dr. Hofmann is a gem. Go to him, listen and decide. The outcome is obviously not guaranteed, but his advice is sound and based on solid science. We are former patients who ended up asking for his help following a fairly comprehensive search in three states. Great doctor; I would follow him wherever he goes. PS: I see the survey mixes doctor competency with office administration.
