first visit June 2019 schaumburg office nice chair side, good doing shots; pain both sides, starts a massive program for a minor pain on left side extracting a crucial tooth only needed filling AND it cost me a fortune to boot. Right side, couldnt find source of pain. 2 days later I found it myself, foreign bone jammed in gum, extracted it in the mirror and it healed. 2 crowns came out halloween, he uses TEMP cement, spends 5 minds, and with insurance, bills 222. Both came out within a week. And many times since. thanksgivinng I reach out to his office - several times - they repeatedly ignore my requests. Guess I am not enough of a money maker. No honor, crowns re-glued should stay in more than a week and in a month should be redone free esp when he charged 222 for 5 mins work and part of one tiny tube of no mix which is only temp stuff anyway!
