To be very honest, this was supposed to be my last visit with Dr. Lever as he is retiring. I have been going to Dr. Lever for over 35 years. Little did I know when my hygienist was finished with my cleaning that I was not seeing Dr. Lever nor was I ever told that I would be seeing the new dentist they hired. I had x-rays done because I was due for them and they found something. When the new dentist, Dr. Ansah came in to the exam room, I really thought she would’ve been a lot more friendlier. Since this was our first time meeting, I never actually saw her face. She was always sideways, just was not very friendly for meeting a new patient for the first time, especially when she told me that I needed a crown. I have not any pain in my tooth at all and now all of a sudden, after her poking there is pain. Honestly, I am not sure what I’m going to do. I just thought for meeting a new patient that she would’ve been a little more friendlier and spent more time with me.
