The staff at this office don’t care about your child at all. My son was in the hospital and I was told to call his doctor to get the refill for his prescription. I called at 10:32am and I didn’t get a call until I sent 11 EMAILS and at 2:40pm. My poor 9 year old can’t even say a word without coughing. I have sent patients from our health department to this doctor before because I know she’s a great doctor but if her staff is going to be treating the patients like they don’t care than I won’t be sending anyone and I’ll be finding a different doctor as well. I came in and the receptionist complained saying the pharmacy isn’t answering and gave me an attitude. They don’t need to have people working here that do not care for their patient’s health. Dr.Gloria Okoh find new employees because the ones you have is going to have you go out of business.
