Dr West is routinely rushed during his exams, spending just a few minutes with a patient, or on several occasions no time at all during a routine cleaning and exam. His office also charges 3-5x the price of other offices in the area and recommends more expensive treatments like implants over crowns and veneers in order to pad their bottom line.
