Why can't the receptionist just schedule an appointment for brace adjustments? Why do I have to call them to make the appointment for adjustments? I spent days calling them to schedule a brace adjustment appointment but was never answered. I've only just adjusted my braces two times so far. Back when I got my first adjustment and one of the brackets broke off, I called them for a week and was never answer, my only option was to wait for my next adjustment. Now has been a month since my last adjustment and I'm trying to call in for my 3rd adjustment but no answer. Horrible place.
