Dr Karno’s Administration (Bianca, ) have zero empathy….waiting months to get in to see a pain specialist and they call me and cancel my appt instead of calling my Dr and getting the info they need…I said I would leave a bad review but didn’t….they never did their job and sat on this….I called them today to set up an appt and they refused to set an appt because they said I threatened to leave a bad review…nothing but vindictive oppression…I have been trying to get in to see a pain specialist since may 1st....I have degenerative disc disease and have had both cervical and lumbar operations…this was nothing but a retribution for standing up for my rights…I pay $750 per month for Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield…I see now why they can be so choosy about who they let see the Dr’s…they accept medicaid….so I get screwed because they get paid from the state and federal government….I go last or not at all…. the person who pays and the takers get to go to the front of the line….how disgusting and pitiful has it become that I have to compete for healthcare….stay away from this company “Comprehensive Pain Center” because they will put you through the ringer and it will take months and months and then just cancel on you they don’t care at all about the people just the money….shame on them…they are identical to the DMV or any other government organization…they don’t give a crap….their fake 5 star reviews…a 3rd world socialized medicine network of morons
