The receptionist was very helpful in answering my questions and explaining the cost of the procedure; the assistants were very comforting and made me feel at ease with their explanation and performing the procedure; and Dr. Wiswell was very comforting and the procedure was performed in the amount of time specified. I was glad to be able to be awake and walk out of the building on my own recognizance.
