Patient Reviews
Feb 09, 2024
My niece went to see Dr Osgood today for a 2nd opinion. Drove 2 hrs only to get to the appointment to have Dr Osgood say he wasn’t taking her as a patient. That he spoke to her Dr from Penn before seeing her. How is this ethical. She waited forever to get a 2nd opinion only to be treated as if she wasted her time. Since when do Drs from other states speak to each other about a patient? She’s 31 yrs old & has her whole life ahead of her. She could lose her arm & just wanted Dr Osgood to give his professional unbiased opinion on her issue. She left in tears from the office. They didn’t give her ANYTHING to leave with. Where is the professionalism & how about the compassion for another human being in pain & afraid for her future. Shame on you & your staff for treating her in that manner.
