Patient Reviews
Dec 25, 2025
Dr. Fink cancelled my aortic valve replacement on the day of the surgery. He said we can hold off, but why tell me when I’m on the hospital bed with the IV in my arm? After that I never saw or heard from him again. For months I tried to see him but his nurse practitioner refused to give me an appointment. Then after five months of this she finally tells me he no longer works there. Why was I not told he’s no longer my doctor? He said he would give me this life saving surgery. I followed all his instructions. I’m now experiencing symptoms of severe aortic regurgitation and I still need this surgery. I was told I won’t make it to five years and he and his office wasted over two years of time. I could have been treated by now. Extremely terrible, baffling treatment. The worst experience I’ve ever had. I now finally have a new doctor and hope it’s not too late to get this surgery.Roy Pugh
