Patient Reviews
Nov 26, 2024
Complete 3 hour waste of time. I booked an appointment. I spent around an hour and 30 minutes on the road. It was supposed to take no more than an hour, but due to heavy rain and traffic there was such a delay. And when I called them to let them know that I’m almost there, but just 10 minutes late, the doctor said that I have to reschedule. I asked them nicely to figure something out, because my knee hurts a lot and I spent so much time on the road already. But they just don’t care. According to some reviews it usually takes doctor 1-3 minutes to review a patient. Don’t open appointment if you can’t give enough time for your patients or let them know IN ADVANCE that if you are 10 minutes late, you will have to reschedule. Mean, disrespectful trash office.
