First he broke my femur. Then he fixed it with plates and screws that worker their way out through my skin. Then the knee replacement got infected. That is when the hospital took my care away from Dr Simmons and sent me to a different Dr at a different hospital. As a result of all this I have not been home in 7 mo and I have not walked in all that time. I have an antibiotic spacer in my leg and no knee. Dr Simmons is no longer allowed to do revision surgeries. Nice guy, great bedside manner but you would be stupid to let him operate on you. Brain dead reception ppl are trying to force me to see him, won't give me an appt with a different Dr.
