At first I really liked him. He gives very concise explanations and can anticipate and answer most questions before they’re asked. However, he made incorrect assumptions and offered treatment options then dismissed my choice immediately without discussion or consideration making it obvious that I didn’t have a choice at all. If you fit in the majority he’s great, but if you don’t match what he anticipates and expects he’s not very good at really listening to you and adapting.
