I’m dealing with imminent death in my family and got an eye infection. I’ve been seeing Dr Cowan for quite a while, always for the same issues. Even in extreme emergency the office wouldn’t help me out. They make decisions for him. He may have said no as well but they didn’t even try to ask him. They gave me no option of telehealth appointment. If I can’t count on my doctor, I clearly need to find another who is more empathetic.
