I give 5 stars to Dr. Alberton; he is excellent. I give 1 star to his staff, who repeatedly forget to book appointments, fail to carry out his orders, almost never return a call or respond to an email or request for an appointment. He is great, but his staff is the most messed up I've ever experienced.
