His entire interaction with me lasted maybe 2-3 minutes. He essentially said ‘You’re not dying, I’m not an expert in this area, so go find one who is. Good luck!’ He loses 2 stars for not being very helpful and 1 star for not giving me even 5 minutes of his time. He keeps 1 star because he was mostly nice and 1 star because, well, he was cute. That’s it.
