I had spiked a fever from an apparent URI, my private physician sent me to the ER to get IV antibiotics since I was 1 week post shoulder replacement and he didn’t want infection to get in that joint, this Dr determined I had a UTI and didn’t think my joint was infected, which we knew we were trying to prevent. I was there 7 1/2 hrs and no antibiotics, sent home.
