I had an incredibly unpleasant experience with the doctor's office, specifically their front office staff. It's a shame because I was really looking forward to my appointment, but the lack of professionalism and rudeness from the associates really ruined it for me. After waiting for 5 weeks to see the doctor, I received a call from an associate to cancel my appointment a few days before my scheduled time. When I requested to hold the next available date until I could confirm it on my calendar, the associate was unhelpful and seemed annoyed. When I called back just five minutes later to confirm the appointment, I was informed that the time slot was already taken and the next available one was not for another month. The front office staff's behavior was completely unprofessional and showed a lack of empathy or care for their patients. It's unacceptable to treat people this way, especially when it comes to their health and well-being. I would not recommend this doctor's office to anyone looking for a caring and professional experience.
