My foot pain had become so intense that I could not walk to do shopping, and it was difficult to walk to my front door. Dr. Barczak recommended orthotics from John's shoe repair in Menomonee Falls, WI. I drove straight there. $14.50 later, the inserts were put into my Hoka shoes and one month later I was able to go for a four hour walk with no foot pain!!!!
