When I was diagnosed with a rare gynecological condition in 2006, I was forced to stop all normal activities due to the acute pain of permanent nerve damage. Specialists at Johns Hopkins Medical Center told me they didn't treat cases as severe as mine. I was referred to pain management services. Not wanting to be dependent on opiod medications, I sought help from Dr. Childrey. After several surgeries by him and constant help with adjusting moderate medications, I am improving each year!
