Not professional and consistently moves around appointments, switches hygienists after repeat requests to remain with the same person. Staff was rude when we asked to be put with regular hygienist. Said we would have to cancel and reschedule (restarting our wait) . On a number of occasions our appointments have been canceled days before the appointments. Lastly, No consideration for patients time as Dr. Palmer makes patients wait 20-30 minutes to be seen after the cleaning has finished before checking teeth even when it is a kid waiting.
