Dr. Lu inspired hope and confidence for my adult son, after several years of treatment for an Accoustic Neuroma / Vestibular Schwannoma. I was so happy that after meeting and consulting with her, my son was willing to move forward with an 8 hour surgery to try and improve his condition of facial paralysis. I flew to Seattle to be there for surgery and met Dr. Lu and her most impressive team of support doctors right before the surgery. I could tell my son was excited and peaceful about having surgery, and I was overcome with gratitude for their dedication and all the years they spent in school!
