This facility is HORRIBLE. My mom came here a few weeks ago and had an emergency. She called the receptionist and asked if she could come in 20 minutes late but they said that the appointment would be cancelled and there would be a fee. She ended up coming on time but she waited for 2 hours!! I came in today for my appointment at 3 pm. I came 15 minutes early and it's 4 pm... I'm still in the waiting room. This is absolutely ridiculous. The receptionists also need to be more understanding.
