I normally do not write reviews, but I just wanted to write about my personal experience with Dr. Bouhouch. I am honestly very disappointed with how I was treated by Dr. Hakima Bouhouch. This was my very first time seeing Dr. Hakima Bouhouch and I was astonished with how rude her bedside manners were towards me. I was coming in to get a routine physical and she seemed as if she didn’t want to give me one. Dr. Bouhouch came into the room very abrupt, rough, and nasty. She opened the door and came into the room with an awful attitude. I have no idea what provoked her to act the way she did. I did nothing to provoke her. Dr. Bouhouch was in my face and her tone was nasty. She acted like she didn’t want me there. I was in the room with her for maybe 3-5 minutes. It seemed as if she had already made up in her mind not to listen to me. (I’m honestly not sure what was going on in her mind). She told me I needed to see specialists doctors instead of her. I informed her that I made an appointment with her because I was looking for a primary care doctor and I needed a physical. She seemed as if she had little patience in hearing why I was there. I eventually ended the appointment because Dr. Bouhouch came off so rude. I kindly told her that I would leave because she claimed there wasn't much she could do for me. I was honestly confused because I thought I was getting a routine physical. She claimed since I was a new patient that I wasn't eligible to get a physical. She verbalized towards the end that she wanted to help me, but it really didn't feel genuine. I just went ahead and I left the room and told her thank you for her time. I felt extremely disappointed and kind of disrespected after leaving the appointment that I had been patiently waiting for weeks to go to. Honestly, this appointment was a waste of time and I would have been better off not going to see her. Dr. Bouhouch bedside manners towards me were very poor. I’m not sure if she was having a bad day, but I would honestly never return. I am just astonished at her behavior towards me. This review is not meant to make her look bad, but it is my honest review. I have no idea how she normally treats her patients, but this was my personal experience.
