She kept me waiting in the waiting room for a half hour, even though I was the only one there. Then kept me waiting in the exam room for another 20 minutes. She came in and received a phone call before she even got logged into her laptop. She told the person on the phone that she had been trying to 'get into the app' and was unable to, then stepped out to take the call, keeping me waiting some more. When she came back, I just told her to give me my test results. Which she did. When I was leaving, I picked up the paper I filled out with my symptoms. She said, 'Oh, that's for me.' I really wish I had told her that she wasn't interested in it while I was there and had taken it with me, but I gave it to her. I have no idea what she did with it.I will NEVER go back to her.
