Waited almost an hour before I could speak to him. At the end, he only saw us for just under 10 minutes. He could not provide a proper response per his own admission because he did not have access to medical records that we could have provided to him prior him seeing us if he had asked. He didn't even have the proper primary doctor on file. Why make a patient wait for that long just to tell them that a full answer cannot be given? Why didn't you just ask beforehand - within that hour of waiting - so that you can provide a proper medical response? It's not only unprofessional but also disrespectful to waste a patient's time like that.
